Waste Electrical - WEEE

All electrical items falling under the WEEE Directive are collected via our various preferred service partners and are processed in full accordance with the directive.

All recyclable parts are removed and then bulked into manageable loads before being shipped to manufacturing facilities that reuse the metals, plastics, glass, mercury, lead etc. to make new items so ensuring closed loop recycling.

We use facilities strategically located across the UK to ensure transport is kept to minimum.

N.B. Some WEEE items will also be classified as Hazardous such as Fluorescent light tubes and CRT PC monitors and TV's and as such will require a Hazardous Waste Consignment note and we will advise you accordingly
